R149 – Low and High Friction hydrographs upstream Zone 5

Upstream Zone 5: the low and high friction hydrographs are of similar profile indicative perhaps of the proximity of the discharge-out boundary flume and controlling equation.
(Long profiles, flood water depth against time, have been compared for low and high friction landuse. Five high friction zones were imposed on a 24hour 25cumec event. Gauge stations are set up in software upstream (U) and downstream (D) of the friction zones.)
